The bars go upThe bars are coming down! In an interview on Big Brother's little brother, Executive Producer Paul Edgar-Jones revealed that the bars would only be staying for the next two weeks, before the house reverts to its former state.

Packing the 'poor' bagThis is, however, not a response to some media criticism of the bars(not supported by babyBROTHER - look at the fun they've given us!) but a natural progression of the game. This result of this week's task will be even more exciting than Alex's hard decision. There will be a 'winner' and a 'loser' created by the live task, shown on Saturday @ 10pm on Channel 4. In school-team fashion, the winner and loser will each have to pick members of the house for 'their' side.

Jade relives 'Wart-agate'This will once again create new dynamics in the house - note this week's backlash against Alex for his decisions. Paul Edgar-Jones said the reason for the bars is to see the housemates as they really are, citing PJ's outburst at Alex for not choosing him, Sandy's escape and Lee's switching of affections as examples. 'People can't hide' he said, before explaining that in two weeks a task would be able to unite the house again.

babyBROTHER will miss the bars, which have given us such classics as Jade and Adele's pointless 'wart' fight and shown PJ to be hiding a temper. When the bars come down, will the house remember the events beforehand? Or will there be 2 camps from then on? babyBROTHER is watching...
