Taming the lions...
Not exactly a major news story, but we loved Sandy's comparison of the housemates to different types of lions!
While chatting with Alex by the pool, Sandy commented that he didn't want to be a performing seal like the others, something he and Alex have in common. He then went on to describe the housemates as different types of lion...
- JONNY: a mangy lion trying to keep his position of power, but with a wrinkled old mane.
- ALISON: the lion who ate a few too many antelopes
- KATE: the lion whose had everyone's cubs
- JADE: a tiger who thinks she's a lion and goes round to all the lions, saying different things
Alex and Sandy have been seen more and more as the recluses of the group, and keep themselves to themselves. Alex said to sandy that if Sandy wasn't there, he would want to go. This morning the pair were first up as usual, and then Adele and Sophie got up. As Sophie herself commented, the pair are seemingly unwelcoming, and after Adele worked hard, they managed to open up and began chatting.
Perhaps there's hope yet for the two, despite Alex, when informed that the sparkling water he wanted would be on the shopping list next week, simply replied, "I probably won't be here next week"
