Sophie arrives!
24 year-old Sophie Pritchard, a recruitment consultant from Marlow in Buckinghamshire arrived in the Big Brother house on Sunday at 1.30pm, to the surprise of the housemates.
Sophie is the replacemnet housemate for Sunita Sharma, who left the house of her her own accord at the end of her first week in the house.
Sophie brought with her a football and goal posts for the World Cup-starved housemates as a gift from Big Brother. She settled in quickly, although it was noticeable that Kate was the only housemate who didn't get up, or even bother to greet her. Sophie is also a kick boxer and pretty, and Kate staked her claim on Spencer by grabbing him as Sophie made her way down the stairs.
By Monday morning, Sophie was cleaning, so Alex at last has a potential ally, and Sophie pulled a stroke of genius by painting Kate's nails, which from a psychological point of view is seen as a submissive behaviour. So Sophie isn't making enemies, very important for replacement housemates who often find themselves easy targets for eviction, as Claire Strutton from BB1 found.
Can Sophie stay in the house? babyBROTHER will be watching very closely...
